Canadian Lobster, Large, Live, 2 x 650-800g




The Canadian lobster is larger than its Scottish cousin and offers a slightly sweeter flavour. Lobster is great served cold with a rich homemade mayo and squeeze of fresh lemon. To cook this larger lobster, bring 4.5 litres fof salted water to a vigorous rolling boil and place the lobster in for 19 minutes. Drain and allow to cool, before cracking open and enjoying the fresh taste!
