Handcut Hiramasa & Sea Bass Sashimi Platter, Fresh, +/-300g




Hiramasa is an amazing pacific fish, which is highly sought after for its buttery and rich texture and delicately sweet taste. We have paired it with sea bass (also known as Suzuki in Japan), which is also delicately sweet but also has a unique flavour. This combination of sashimi has been hand-cut into the perfect sized pieces, to dip into delicious soy sauce and freshly grated wasabi.
NB:  This fish is classes as sashimi as It has been frozen and kept at -60 degrees, which gets rid of any parasites and makes it safe for consumption when raw.
